📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle PeopleSoft HRMS, including system configuration, customization, and testing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the system meets business needs.
• Design and implement data migration strategies to ensure seamless transition from legacy systems.
• Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using the new HRMS.
• Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and maintain high standards of data security.
• Document implementation processes and create user manuals for future reference.
• Stay updated with the latest HRMS trends and technologies to continuously improve the system.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HRMS implementation, with a focus on Oracle PeopleSoft.
• Certification in Oracle PeopleSoft or a related HRMS is a plus.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of data migration tools and techniques is a plus.
