Financial Administrator - Construction Industry

You will work closely with project managers, accountants, and other stakeholders to support the financial health of our projects.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain financial records for construction projects, including invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
• Prepare and submit financial reports to project managers and accountants, ensuring timely and accurate information.
• Monitor project budgets and expenses, providing regular updates to project teams and management.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other financial documents required for project compliance.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies, including tax and accounting standards.
• Provide financial support to project teams, including reimbursement processing and payment coordination.
• Assist in the reconciliation of accounts and resolution of discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial documentation for all projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial administration or accounting, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software is a plus.
