• Operate POS systems and inventory management software to manage orders and track stock levels.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and a seamless dining experience.
• Stay updated on menu offerings and special promotions to enhance the guest experience.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the F&B industry, preferably in a premium hospitality setting.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management software.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards, including HACCP principles.
