Mandarin-Speaking Logistics Specialist (Purchasing Department)

Join Sumber Daya Energi as a Mandarin-Speaking Logistics Specialist in our dynamic Purchasing Department. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless import logistics, customs clearance, and document management for our growing operations in Indonesia.

In this role, you'll work closely with our procurement team to manage the end-to-end logistics of importing goods from China, including coordinating with suppliers, tracking shipments, and ensuring compliance with Indonesian import regulations. You'll be the bridge between our Indonesian operations and our Chinese suppliers, facilitating smooth communication and efficient processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage import logistics, including coordinating with suppliers, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
• Assist in customs clearance processes, ensuring compliance with Indonesian import regulations and duties.
• Prepare and manage import documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure smooth communication and coordination between Indonesian and Chinese suppliers.
• Monitor and report on logistics performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of import logistics activities.
• Assist in the development and implementation of logistics strategies to support the company's growth.
• Provide support to the procurement team in managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in import logistics, customs clearance, or related roles.
• Proficient in Mandarin Chinese, both written and spoken.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian import regulations and customs procedures.
• Experience with logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
