📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist senior stylists in performing haircuts, styling, and coloring services
- Prepare and maintain salon equipment and workstations
- Recommend hair care products and services to clients
- Keep up-to-date with the latest hair trends and techniques
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized salon environment
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships
- Participate in salon events and promotions
- Learn and apply new hair care techniques from experienced stylists
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a salon environment
- Basic knowledge of hair cutting, styling, and coloring techniques
- Familiarity with salon software and tools such as L'Oreal, Wella, or Redken
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Passionate about the beauty industry and committed to continuous learning
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Valid hairdressing certification or equivalent experience
