Sehati Intan Cafe & Coffee is seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our team. As a Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our dishes. You will work closely with the Head Chef to prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring they meet our high standards. This is an immediate opening, so we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.,Assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen team.,Ensure the kitchen is well-stocked and organized.,Prepare and maintain food presentation standards.,Participate in inventory control and cost management.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of food preparation and cooking.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
