PT Global Resources is seeking a Site Support Coordinator to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our facilities in Pangkal Pinang. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility management and a proven track record in coordinating site support activities.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the facilities,Ensure the safety and well-being of all employees on-site,Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and repair services,Monitor and maintain all facility equipment and systems,Develop and implement facility improvement plans,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits,Manage facility budgets and ensure compliance with company policies,Provide support to the site manager in achieving operational goals

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility management or a related role,Proven experience in coordinating site support activities,Strong knowledge of safety regulations and procedures,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using facility management software,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
