📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure the accuracy of technical content,Develop and implement technical writing processes and best practices,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide training and support to junior technical writers as needed,Contribute to the development of our technical writing tools and resources

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communication, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of our industry and the products/services we offer,Excellent writing and editing skills, with a focus on clarity and conciseness,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar,Experience with version control systems, such as Git or SVN,Strong communication and collaboration skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
