📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including staff management and scheduling.,Ensure the quality and safety of all food products and ingredients.,Develop and implement new menu items and recipes.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Manage inventory and purchasing of food supplies.,Ensure timely and efficient food preparation and service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of success in a high-volume kitchen environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Familiarity with kitchen management software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
