Shopee is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our People Strategy team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and driving initiatives that enhance employee experience and productivity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, a deep understanding of people strategy, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.,Develop and implement business analysis methodologies and tools to support decision-making.,Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights.,Drive initiatives to enhance employee experience and productivity through data-driven insights.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to people strategy.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and people strategy.,Facilitate workshops and training sessions to improve business analysis capabilities within the team.,Support the development and implementation of people strategy initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on people strategy.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.,Experience with business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., SWOT analysis, Six Sigma, Lean).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Understanding of Indonesian business culture and market dynamics.,Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
