Duta Hana Cafe & Coffee is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Bartender to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and serving a variety of beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine,Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order,Recommend and suggest new drinks and cocktails to the menu,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records,Provide excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant dining experience,Assist in inventory management and ordering of supplies,Train and mentor junior bartenders

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment,Strong knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation,Excellent communication and customer service skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects,Valid ID and work permit,Familiarity with Indonesian culture and customs
