Lippo Malls Indonesia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Advertising & Promotion Officer to join our team at Lippo Mall Nusantara. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advertising and promotional strategies to enhance our mall's visibility and attractiveness to tenants and visitors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, advertising, and promotion, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement advertising and promotional campaigns to increase mall visibility and attractiveness.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for advertising and promotion.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials.,Manage and oversee the budget for advertising and promotional activities.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of advertising and promotional campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.,Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, influencers, and other key stakeholders.,Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in advertising and promotion.,Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on the progress and performance of advertising and promotional initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in advertising and promotion, with a proven track record of success in similar roles.,Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and other emerging trends in advertising and promotion.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using marketing software, tools, and platforms.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the retail and mall industry is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is required.
