Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual targets by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining existing client relationships.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our products and services.,Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.,Manage and update the company's sales and marketing databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products and services.,Assist in the organization and execution of sales and marketing events, trade shows, and promotions.,Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.,Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive analysis.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales and marketing software, such as CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business travel and client meetings.🛠️ Keahlian
