📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.
• Ensure that the restaurant meets health and safety standards and complies with all relevant regulations.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Train and develop staff to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized restaurant, including all equipment and supplies.
• Ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
• Proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
