📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to foster long-term business growth.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business expansion.,Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
