📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.,Monitor market trends and identify new suppliers to maintain competitive pricing and improve product quality.,Analyze and report on purchasing activities to support decision-making and improve efficiency.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient procurement operations.,Participate in inventory management and stock control activities.,Provide support to the procurement team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing or a related role.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
