📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the company's hiring needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the most suitable candidates for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and match candidates accordingly.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including coordinating with internal teams and third-party agencies if necessary.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve processes.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
