📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the fulfillment center, ensuring efficient and timely order processing.
• Manage a team of fulfillment staff, providing guidance and support to achieve operational excellence.
• Implement and optimize fulfillment processes using tools like SAP and WMS (Warehouse Management System).
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, IT, and customer service, to improve overall operational efficiency.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation in order fulfillment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in order fulfillment or logistics management, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
• Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational excellence.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodologies is a plus.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
