📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store.,Manage a team of store operators and provide guidance and support.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Conduct regular stock checks and manage inventory levels.,Train and develop new store operators.,Report to management on store performance and issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Store Operator or similar role.,Proven leadership and team management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail operations and sales techniques.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Experience in using retail management software is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and local market is a plus.
