📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to end-users and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems.,Lead and mentor a team of IT support staff, providing guidance and training.,Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, including hardware, software, and network problems.,Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network devices.,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure IT systems meet business needs.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong technical skills in hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.,Experience with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies is a plus.
