📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store.,Lead and mentor a team of assistant store managers.,Manage inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy.,Implement and monitor sales strategies to meet targets.,Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular staff training and development sessions.,Monitor and report on store performance metrics.,Collaborate with the store manager to achieve overall store objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management.,Proven track record of successfully leading and developing teams.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and sales strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with retail management software and POS systems.,Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
