PT Jaya Mulya is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Learning Development Specialist to join our team in Gianyar, Bali. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about employee development and wants to make a meaningful impact on our organization's growth. The Junior Learning Development Specialist will be responsible for creating and implementing learning and development programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain learning materials, including manuals, guides, and online courses.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training and development opportunities.,Coordinate with department heads to ensure training programs align with business goals.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvement.,Assist in the development and implementation of the company's learning and development strategy.,Support the HR team in recruiting and onboarding new employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant learning and development tools.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
