The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials that align with company goals and employee development needs.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill development.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to understand training needs and provide solutions.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the implementation of performance improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is required.
