📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.,Create and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms.,Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media channels.,Analyze social media metrics to evaluate the performance of campaigns and strategies.,Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.,Manage and grow our social media following through targeted campaigns and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management or a related role.,Proven experience in managing multiple social media platforms.,Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Proficiency in using social media analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar.,Knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
