PT Kartika Tunas is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Medan. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions when necessary.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Oversee benefits administration and payroll processing.,Coordinate with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals.,Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven experience in recruitment and employee relations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.
