As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's human resources needs, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, benefits, and performance evaluations.,Handle employee relations issues, including conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions.,Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the company's compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the planning and execution of employee training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in Indonesian (written and spoken) is a plus.,Previous experience in a multinational or international company is a plus.
