📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Monitor and maintain system performance, availability, and security.,Provide technical support to employees, addressing hardware and software issues.,Implement and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.,Collaborate with the System Administrator to plan and execute IT projects.,Conduct regular system backups and ensure data integrity and availability.,Monitor and respond to system alerts and notifications.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends, technologies, and security threats.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking technologies.,Familiarity with virtualization technologies and cloud services.,Experience with system monitoring and management tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, or PRTG.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
