OMEGA Lestari is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Deputy Operations Staff to join our team in Denpasar, Bali. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our operations team to ensure smooth and efficient business processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and management of daily operations activities.,Support the operations team in maintaining and improving operational efficiency.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operations.,Assist in the planning and execution of operational projects and initiatives.,Provide administrative support to the operations team as needed.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of operational activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the operations or administrative field.,Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
