📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Oversee inventory management, including stock control and replenishment.,Train and develop store staff to maintain high service standards.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies.,Collaborate with the regional manager to implement company-wide initiatives.,Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage a team and drive performance.,Knowledge of retail software and systems is a plus.,Familiarity with inventory management and sales operations.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
