📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assisting the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and handling customer inquiries
  • Managing inventory and stock levels
  • Driving sales and promoting products
  • Coordinating with suppliers and vendors
  • Training and mentoring staff
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Generating and analyzing sales reports

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management
  • Proven track record in driving sales and customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of retail software and systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English
