📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train store staff to maintain high service standards.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular inventory checks to prevent stockouts and overstocks.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing initiatives.,Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve store goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.,Familiarity with inventory management systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Understanding of basic accounting and financial management.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
