📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and setup for banquet events, including decorating, arranging tables, and setting up equipment.,Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable.,Work with the Banquet Manager to ensure that all event details are covered and that the event runs according to schedule.,Assist in the cleanup and breakdown of event spaces after the event.,Provide excellent customer service to guests and ensure their needs are met.,Maintain a clean and organized work area, both before and after events.,Assist in the preparation of food and beverages as needed.,Stay updated on event schedules and communicate any changes to the Banquet Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Organized and detail-oriented.,Familiarity with event planning and execution is a plus.,Good physical fitness and the ability to lift and move heavy objects.,Fluency in Indonesian is required; English is a plus.
