• Oversee the daily operations of live game services, ensuring high performance and uptime.
• Manage and optimize server infrastructure, including cloud-based solutions like AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
• Monitor and analyze game performance metrics using tools such as New Relic, Datadog, or similar.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement updates and patches, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Coordinate with customer support teams to address and resolve player issues promptly.
• Develop and implement operational procedures and best practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in game operations.
• Report on operational performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in game operations or a similar role.
• Proven experience with game server management and optimization.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Familiarity with game performance monitoring tools like New Relic, Datadog, or similar.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
